Check in is at 3 and still sitting in the lobby not going to be able to get in the room until 6. Worst experience ever at any hotel I have stayed at and I travel a lot

Super convenient to the Georgia International Horse Park which is the basis for 3 stars. This is a «my daughter has a horse show and I need to stay close» kind of place. The room was ok but toilet was clogged upon check in, bed was slanted on one side so you kind of rolled toward the edge of the bed– basically it was a mattress in need of replacement. My daughter’s bed was fine. The kitchenette was nice, although we did not use it and needed some updating (peeled, burned and chipped laminate). Breakfast was meh but it was something to eat. If you are looking for luxury, totally look 45 miles away. If you are looking for convenience and a place to sleep, book away.

This hotel is a disgrace. For the second year in a row, they have managed to give my room away. A room that I had booked nearly 6 months in advance and had called to confirm 3 days prior to check in to be sure that my room would not be given away for a second time. After traveling since 4 am, I arrived at 9 pm to find that once again my room was no longer available. The manager, Joshua, was extremely unhelpful, rude, and even found it comical that I was now stuck for a second time without a room. He refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and instead provided the number to corporate which took nearly an hour to speak with someone who was then equally as rude and unhelpful. I am a frequent traveler and I have never ever experienced this in my life. But now for the second time I have, and both times from this one hotel. As a frequent traveler to the Georgia International Horse Park, I will be bringing my business elsewhere. I highly recommend you steer clear of this hotel at all costs.

This hotel needs a make-​over. While the rooms are comfortable, they are a bit threadbare. The bar-​restaurant is understaffed and has a minimal choice of drinks and food. The breakfast buffet is mediocre. On the plus side, it’s relatively inexpensive and has free WiFi.

This Hawthorn Suites has wonderful service, the most comfortable beds around, an excellent fully stocked room kitchenette, a delicious breakfast, a nice dog walk area, a great business center, and a lovely and relaxing back patio! And it’s across from a very scenic Horse Park and recreation field! I am really enjoying my stay here! Can’t say enough about how relaxing and problem-​free everything has been. The front desk has helped me with sending faxes, directions to local shopping malls, and other needs with great professionalism. Wyndham should be proud of this place!

The manager cancelled our reservation (3 out of 4 nights) that we booked months in advance, without notifying us until we made it all the way here. Incredibly frustrating experience! Not to mention that the hotel is very outdated and frankly a little gross. The furniture was stained, and the AC unit in our room was falling apart. Stained wet carpet and shutters falling off windows! Will not book a room here ever again.
