I absolutely can’t say enough good things about this company!!! I was going to be charged $ 2800 for a service that Hero Septic did for $ 1200. They said that they would: «meet or beat» any price and I am sure that they did.
It was a nightmare being told by a guest at a house party that I was throwing that they stepped in a wet spot in my yard and it smelled like sewage. I called another company first and they quoted me $ 2800.00 to fix the sewage leak; I was a bit concerned about pricing and called around. Technicians from Hero Septic scheduled to meet me two days after I called and then gave me my $ 1200.00 quote. I’m just happy that I saved $ 1600.00 for the same work that the other company was going to do.
