mostly wish I hadn’t stopped here, food is never great and service is always slow and wrong.

How dare you slam the window in face when you can’t count out the correct change. The feminine male at the back window was all over the place and not paying attention. It didn’t gave me the wrong change when I asked for my correct change. It’s attitude escalade and everything went left real quick. WOW I said it’s not that serious, this male turned to me and said obviously it is. I’m like our my change.

Went through the drive thru today and was missing an order of chicken nuggets and my order of fries was very cold. I called the restaurant a total of 6 times, 5 of my calls were completely ignored. I finally got hold of someone and they took my name and order. I arrived back at the establishment no more than 10 minutes later and no one remembered me calling. I thought maybe they were really busy, that’s why they wouldn’t answer my numerous calls… but it was nearly empty. All of the employees were conversing amongst one another, basically lolly gagging around. The cashiers at the front smirked when I explained my complaint and began talking about other customers they had problems with earlier… unprofessional…but hey, most of the employees looked as if they were still in high school, so what can you really expect?
