I was in this store on 10−22−15 to get a phone upgrade which can take a while as the rep was transferring my photos and contacts. There were three reps and we were chatting about pregnancies and weddings. I was the only customer. My rep was asking me something when the manager yelled from the back of the store that she was talking too much and wasn’t talking business and was talking sh – . Wow. This didn’t really surprise me because this manager has always been rude. The rep got so upset. She was embarrassed. This has nust unnerved ger and I could tell this abuse was frequent. After she compleated my sale sge logged out and was leaving. Just terrible.
