Had one of the worst experience at my favorite location to eat due to stupidity and ignorance. All I am going to say to anyone working in a fast food establishment, your thoughts are irrelevant. If I don’t want old rice from the bottom do not put it on my tray and then try to explain to me you didn’t do what I just saw you do. At the end of the day «Listen to understand not listen to reply Alicia!!!

We walked in at abt 11:05 ao probably the first customer of the day… but that doesnt mean u serve uncooked noodles… im a vegeterian and thats the only thing i can eat there besides couple other stuff… and when i tried to exchange it for fresh chow mein i was told its all the same… so ur tryna tell me u will serve the same uncooked noodles for the other customers too… smh not coming back here again!!!

Service has way down hill the manager was compacting the trash can in the dining area then went behind the food counter and started working with the food! Really! Didn’t even wash her hands! Wife ordered a panda bowl and requested firecracker chicken, they forgot her order! Wow not sure we will be back!

Trash cans overflowing onto the floor. Drink station a sticky mess. No wonder they have an 82 rating. This will be my last trip.
