Just go to the Apple Store. This place has very bad communication skills and seem to be very unorganized. I had a simple problem that should have taken 1 – 2 days to be corrected. It took them nearly a week. When asked why so long I was told«I’m sorry but your order wasn’t placed for 3 days»

First check in but second visit. First visit I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. Second visit my iPad wasn’t charging. I arrived just before they closed on a Saturday and they stayed open for me and for another customer who showed up WELL past closing time. Workers are knowledgeable and courteous. I have recommended them to many friends.

I had AppleCare on my phone and should have gone to Apple Directly. This was a bad experience, just like the previous review. I was told my AppleCare did not cover water damage and that my only option was to buy a new phone for $ 375. The worst part is that this store came up as my authorized repair shop when I went to Apple’s website. I ended up paying to upgrade my phone early, and THEN found out from Apple that physical damage WAS covered. I felt like the young man at the front was nice, but not thorough at all. Completely agree that you should just go to the Apple Store and get your phone replaced. Apple refunded my care.

HORRIBLE. I dropped my iPhone 6 off on Saturday 11÷7÷15 because it was not working correctly. The gentleman at the store told me he would call me back in 2 hours. Four hours later, I received a call telling me that the store was going to have to ship my phone away. Worst case would be a 3 – 5 day turnaround. I was also told that this was the best option on cost because it would be much more if i got a new phone. On Wednesday 11÷11÷15, I called the store asking for an update. They told me that they had to give me a new phone and it would take 3 – 10 days! I told them that I was getting married on 11⁄21 and needed my phone back quickly. They informed me that they would put a rush on the phone. Today, 11/16, they are now telling me that my phone wont be here until at LEAST Wednesday. Apparently they did not put a rush on the phone. Due to this company, I will be without my cell phone for 1.5 weeks and over 8 business days when it was promised to me that I would not be without a phone for more than 3 – 5. Most people do not have home phones today. Cell phones are my way of communicating with my wedding vendors and family as they plan their travel into town for my wedding. Not only that, but now I find out that if I just taken it to an apple store, my phone would have been replaced on the spot and the apple store is cheaper. Just do yourself a favor and do not come here. Just go to the Apple Store. You might have to wait a few days for an appointment at the genius bar, but you will at least have a phone when you need it.
