I shipped a very expensive item from this store, it was destroyed, this store denied responsibility, put it off on UPS, UPS states that was The UPS Store at fault. In the end, my item is destroyed, the claim denied, I’m out a few thousand dollars as well as the $ 180.66 to ship including what was sold to me as insurance.
