The store was filthy the shoes were dusty the racks were unorganized the tables were a mess, the employees spent more time talking amongst themselves then helping or acknowledging customers. Kiana was too busy talking about NYC with a colleague rather then tell me to come up and take the 40+ pieces of merchandise out of my hand. She wasn’t friendly, didn’t greet us, didn’t smile or talk about offers or sale like the cashier to her left did with 2 customers in our time at the register. Great selection of clothes, cute, in style and affordable but the team of employees needs a lesson on customer service and the store needs a good cleaning. Check out at the bottoms shelves near the fitting rooms there’s like an inch of dust!!! #gross

This store is clean and organized. The staff provide great service, and I really enjoy coming here at least once a semester to browse the clearance. I nearly always find a great bargain. My favorite item to buy here is tops/​sweaters, since the pants are not meant for someone of my particular build. They have a good selection of tights here as well at competitive prices.
