I was going to go to Napa auto parts to get an ice scraper, but they weren’t open after 6p on that particular day. So I went next door to this place, and was very pleased by the prompt and friendly service. I believe the associate who helped me was Kenny. He brought out 5 different types of ice scrapers for me to choose from, and helped me select the one that best fit my needs. The store was clean and well organized, with displays of products relevant to the colder weather in these parts right now. I don’t know much about cars, but this is my first experience with O’reilly auto parts, and I am pleased!
