Love Zaxby’s, and I’ve always been satisfied with this location; and I’ve been going to this one for years.

We fans of Zaxby’s and visit them often across the South. Meanwhile, we were disappointed with this location. While the service was good and staff was friendly (and our order came up within minutes) our chicken tenders were only lukewarm and the fries were barely warm and soggy. Hope they don’t keep this up because when Bojangles opens down the street customers won’t return.

Who doesn’t love Zaxby’s? I definatelty prefer this location over some others. The only problem I have with places like this is the staffing tends to be young and not always attuned to their customer, but it’s fast food. Quality of food is better than that of the Murfreesboro or Lebanon locations.

Cookeville, TN
Buffalo chicken salad and kid grilled cheese. Order was correct and everything tasted as good as it looked. I happened to have a smart card, so I was willing to try the food. I think next time I will go in and check it out.
