Skin Illustrations

This was my first time at the shop and it’s so laid back. A lot of times you go to a tattoo shop and the owner is stuck up and this was not the case at all. I had an appointment with josh (this is my 5^th tattoo by him I won’t go to any other artist because he is the best) but met the owner of the shop and we talked about Star Wars and back to the future. Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable, not like your just a client or a customer but your a friend and they’ve met you before.
The stores kind of a hike (a little under an hour from philly) but Josh, like I said is the best and tattoos are forever. I wouldn’t trust something the meant so much to me and that I will see forever to anyone else. Also his script is amazing and he’s honest he won’t give you a tattoo that the script will be too small in a year you can’t read it. I highly recommend him. And I highly recommend this clean and very down to earth shop!

Came here to get a very small tattoo of a wolf on my middle finger, and was not disappointed. I saw Josh and he did absolutely amazing, and he made me feel so comfortable and talked like we had known each other for years. I am definitely going to be coming back to Josh to get more work done.

Eric has done 3 of the 4 pieces I’ve had done. The place is awesome, he is good people and I won’t let anyone else do my future work. He has done work on my 21 year old son and it’s awesome!
If you want a clean, professional looking place to get your first or 15^th tattoo, then get on the calendar of Skin Illustrations artists… you won’t regret it!

I wont go to anyone else. I got my first half sleeve here from Kelly (no longer working) and then I finished the rest of my sleeve with Justin (owner). He did a wonderful job with the cover-​up and making my tattoo beautiful! The guys here are super cool and funny. If youre uptight, with a sense of humor that doesnt exist, this isnt the place for you :)
