Rise Rehab

My recent visit with Rise started out fine and then spiraled down hill. I went in for an appointment and was told by S##### it was my last and then corrected herself and said no, you have an appointment tomorrow, which I told her, not so, never on Tuesday. After a considerable time of sitting in the waiting room, I left, my time is also valuable. The staff in the PT department was great, and I did receive a call from them asking about my experience, as to why I left.
I did not appreciate a reception clerk telling me my last appointment was today, when my schedule of appointments were scheduled out to the end of November.
I also place a call to the owner Will #### and have not had the courtesy of a return call.
Needless to say, there is a lot of P&R to be established at this facility.
