In Reply to Dee T. I am the owner of Technology USA. Most of the account of Dee’s review is accurate. With a few exceptions. The customer has never paid Technology USA a penny. The quote for this job was for $ 200 not $ 300, Also Due to other shady people we make it a practice to bench test or diag every computer that comes into our store to verify the issue and the condition of the computer. After powering up her laptop, the PC had«Blue Screened» error. My technician than ran a hard drive diag on it and it FAILED. We notified the customer of our concerns and we declined the repair… not the customer. The customer came in about 10 days later to pickup both laptops, with no charges… not even a diagnostic fee!!! I am sorry Dee you had such a bad experience, we were very open and honest with you. Sometimes businesses need to defer work depending on assumed risk. Please note that the hard drive diagnostic determines the functionality of your hard drive and declares a failed test when it sees too many bad and not repairable sectors on a hard drive(it only gets worse).

I recently took in an older laptop into this location. The laptop worked fine however because of extensive use, the hinges broke. We obtained another computer exactly like one with the broken hinges the only difference is that the motherboard was toast so it obviously didn’t work. Our request? Take the«guts» from the original broken hinged laptop and put in the«shell» of the other computer. For someone who builds computers, didn’t see where this was going to be an earth moving task. We were going out of town for an extended time so we left it with them and let them know there was no urgency so they would have roughly a month to complete. While out of state we received a call saying that they had received a «blue screen» on the previously working computer. They advised they ran diagnostic and it had to be a software issue and if they transferred everything then the issue would just follow. At that point, we told them not to touch it any further and we would retrieve it upon our return. After picking it up both our computer and the shell we drove the 5 minutes to our home and checked to see what was going on. It started right up with no issues. We were quoted approximately $ 300 for the transfer of the«guts» to the new computer. After finding no issues with the computer we took it to another repair place in Casa Grande we had dealt with in the past and asked them to do the job. Less than a week later, the task was completed. We were extremely satisfied with the results and the cost was a third of what we were quoted here. Although we prefer helping local businesses, our«local» will be extended to include Casa Grande when it comes to computer issues.

FINALLY found a business that takes care of its customers and is honest. Great job fixing my computer with a good price. I later bought a laptop for my daughter. Recommend them to anyone.
