Appliance Repair of Minnesota

I took a gamble on finding a repair company that was short on reviews. It’s usually pretty important to me, but sometimes you’re in a pinch and need service ASAP. Luckily, I made the right call, so I’m sharing the good news.
«Appliance Genius» Rob gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, and shows up in a fairly timely manner. Within minutes he diagnoses the trouble with my washer, and lets me know that it required no chargeable parts cost– just labor. No esoteric jargon– no aluminum magnets, steam buckets or Johnson rods– just in plain language he explains the issue, the fix, and the cost. The price I might add, was very fair and dare I say less than I was expecting.
Timely, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable rates, and fast work. Thumbs up, ARoM!
