DO NOT USE COON RAPIDS APPLIANCE EVER!!! They schedule appointments they don’t show to. They deny an appointment was ever made. And they scam people into getting new AC units. They cannot fill it over 3lbs of freon more than once so they don’t fix it the first time so they have to replace it when you call for their warranty. Terrible business ethics and practices!!!

Was set up with this company by my warranty Co. for a repair– never again. Should have researched first! From initial visit to when they came back with the parts was 15 days without the appliance working. It worked fine for a couple days, but 4 days later was just as broke as when it started…
