It’s like walking into the Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory of the ECig world. When you walk in, the atmosphere is bright, inviting and modern. It reminds me of an up scale coffee shop, back when you could smoke in them. This is a great place to kick back, chat with friends and vape away. I was really impressed with the selection of juices they had, and that you can try as many as you’d like for free! Smart on their part. I ended up buying more than I was planning on. They have a huge variety of juices, everything from traditional tobacco to mixed drinks to energy drinks. The prices are very comparable to online pricing on other websites. There is one thing that I did not like. Although the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, trying to get someone to wait on you is like trying to flag down a Boeing 747 in the middle of a block of sky scrapers. I waited over an hour! The line was consistently to the door. There is really no line«system» here. They have two registers and two counters. Being a first timer, we waited by the starter kits counter by the register. The line just kept moving and we were not getting any help. Even after talking to employees who were grabbing starter kits right in front of us and making eye contact with others, nobody said that the line was in a different spot or that there was one single line. A fellow customer told us, which was nice, but I would have preferred that the employees would have said something after noticing we had been waiting for a long time. There needs to be more employees, different lines for first timers and people buying juice. It wasn’t very well organized. Chaos and I don’t get along, and this was pure chaos. Then there were the«regulars» coming in, jumping in line and talking to the employees about personal stuff while the other customers waited in line. I gave them only 2 stars because the customer service was absolutely horrible. I really like the concept and selection they have, but if the customer service is this bad next time I go in, I won’t be returning no matter how much I like the concept of this place. They need to remember that making new customers is just as important as keeping old ones. I also did not like that they have a referral program for new customers… only if you buy a starter kit. $ 5 per person who comes in and mentions your name. Really nice referral program, but it should be open to ALL customers, not just ones who purchase kits. Word of mouth will make or break a business. Hopefully the next time I go in there the treatments is vastly different. I really want to like this place, but I can go just about anywhere and get bad customer service. Please hire more employees and get a system down for the lines.

I stopped by Ecig Crib when I was in the area for business. In fact I went there twice during a week even though it was a 45 minute drive from where I was staying. First of all the Juices — they have a very good selection and you can sample everyhting there. Kevin, the owner was vry helpful and patient while I sampled a viriety of juices. I ended up buying 330 ml bottles. The prices on the juice are very reasobnable for a retail establishment and the flavors are about the best I have tried. I was suprised how good they were and I have tried a lot of different juices. They have a very large variety of ecigs from standard 510 starter kits to variable voltage mods, every kind of atty you can think of and tons of accessories, batteries, drip tips, etc… Everything you can think of they have. This is the best retail shop I have ever visited. Overall a great shop with a grat owner with a huge selection of high quality juices and tons of «hardware». They have a customer for life.
