So I amend my last review. It DOES clearly state in the receipt that they do NOT do refunds, but will replace manufacturing malfunctions with the device, within a certain time frame. They did what the receipt said. I did get a new device, and it’s working much better for me… lil’ secret: don’t buy floor models… that’s what my first one was, as stated, died inside of a week. I’ll also say this place has THE BEST FLAVORS in the cites. Even though I was pissed at them, I still went back for juice. That’s how good it is. Try Parlay, Nom-​Nom, champagne rose, viper venom. Nuf said.

I’m new to the value world. I came in buying a kayfun and didn’t know how to use it but bought it upon a friends referral. They sold it to me with a new ivp and told me geek show me how to set up my kayfun. Also told me i can keep coming back so they can show me how to set it up until I’m on with it. I came back the next day because my ivp want working so i asked for a mech mod. New person this time. I understand he was trying to be nice and everything but i kept telling him i like the mech better then the ivp. He eventually got frustrated after explaining all the wrongs that can Halen fir a beginner with a mech and said «that’s fine more money for me if you want a mech»! I ended up buying the ivp he recommended do i wouldn’t have to spend more. Anyways, i cane back to have them show me how to bind and change my kayfun like they said they would and this is a different guy but he was there when i was arguing with the mech mod and he wouldn’t show me how to set up my mech like the first guy i bought it from. Never been here since. This wad about a week ago.
