First and foremost I want you to know that my journey with Orthology started 7 months ago when I went in to Orthology looking for treatment regarding my low back pain and, oh boy, do I wish the story ended there. I had several of the PT Department in the room with me during my exam and treatment, which was awesome — «What service!» I thought. The chiropractor that worked(a series of heavy handed pushes) on my low back was polite and professional throughout. Now, this treatment and adjustment didn’t do anything at the time — treatment takes time, obviously, so I wasn’t worried about that — but when I stood up after the adjustment I had a horrible popping and clicking noise in my hip accompanied with a pain and pinching, which was new. I HADNOTHADTHISCLICKINGORPAINBEFORETHEADJUSTMENT. I mentioned this to the doctors in the room with me and I was assured this was no big deal, it would probably go away and I would be fine. Well, 48 hours later everything was not fine. My hip was still painful and still clicking despite stretching and applying heat, advil, etc. Hesitant to go back to Orthology after this(UM, OBVIOUSLY) I went to a different chiropractic clinic and they were able to help me not only with my NEW problem of a painful, clicking hip but with my original problem of low back pain as well. Upon receiving my outrageous bill for a service that created an expensive, painful, new problem, I called Orthology to try and figure everything out, explaining my situation, talking to several people and, to my relief, being assured that everything would be taken care of. False. For months now I have routinely been on the end of rude calls from their billing department and getting hung up on(«accidentally» they assure me) constantly by their staff who, despite my regular calling, have no idea what I am talking about. All-in-all, I have had a terrible experience with Orthology and would not recommend them to anyone for anything.
