Subway

I like the location of this Subway but the service isn’t very good. My last visit while I was waiting in line, a customer came in to the store that said they placed an online order. The staff member informed the customer than it wasn’t ready yet and continued with his current customer. The customer he was already helping made a comment about not knowing you can order online. The staff member told his current customer that he finds online orders are «annoying» while I was still waiting in line. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this store. It is usually understaffed and the staff isn’t the most pleasant compare to other locations. I know it’s just Subway but this place could be run a lot better. You can usually tell which Subway franchise owners take pride in running the store vs the ones that don’t just by seeing who they hire and how good the experience is. I highly prefer the Subway off Hanson if you are in the Coon Rapids area for a more consistent visit.

Very messy. Sauces looked like they were sitting out all day. Not friendly at all. One guy making sandwiches other guy standing next to him on his phone. No second liner for the bag so we got home and had a soggy bag, basically had to remake sandwich when we got home. Very poor service! Will not be back.
