Ulta Cosmetics

I’ve never been to a worse Ulta. I came in to find a stippling brush. Pretty simple. No one seemed to know what I was talking about. And they were rude about it. Telling me I didn’t need it, saying I wasn’t using it right (false). Finally after explaining it to them they directed me to a different ($ 50) brush. I was fine with buying it but asked if they had a cheaper version, like a store brand or something. All they said was «I don’t know, if we did it would be on the other side of the store.» Since no one wanted to assist me I went over there by myself and found they didn’t have a similar cheaper version. So whatever, I’m buying the brush at this point (20 minutes later by the way). Also picked up some finishing spray on the way up there. When checking out, she didn’t ask for my rewards card or anything so after an $ 84 purchase I got no points. I asked if there was a way she could apply them and she said no. Wasn’t even willing to try. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the brush I bought is really freaking good so at least there’s that. Thanks for mostly nothing. I’ll stick with Sephora.

Go here with my wife sometimes. The shelves are dirty and dusty, the floors are gross. Men’s cologne is underwhelming and boring. Wife usually finds what she wants and she uses the coupons to save a little bit of money.
