Dimensions Design Center

The team at Dimensions Design Center was fantastic to deal with. We re-​did our entire kitchen and these folks took care of the entire project. A+ work from start to finish in my opinion.
They did a sweet job at redesigning our kitchen. This guy Marcin is a rock star designer. Very creative, smart and great to deal with. I would totally recommend Marcin and the team at Dimension Design Center to design and re-​do your kitchen.
We also spoke regularly with the owner Joel Brown. I felt that he really cared about our experience and made a point to follow up with us. He shared ideas and really cared about our business.

We found Dimensions on the Cambria website when I was looking for a certain look with a quartz countertop with waterfall sides on my island. I thought that their selection of cabinets was quite impressive and we decided to use Ultracraft Cabinets as they had the door style that I wanted.
We had quite a bit of plumbing and electrical changes as we moved appliance locations and took down a wall in order to open the kitchen to the rest of the house.
Overall, we are very pleased with the result. I was very impressed with the way they protected our wood floors and tried to keep the dust and grime to a minimum. Our kitchen looks GREAT!!!

.They put alot into preparing the design and it is worth the wait! Great company, quality work at a great price! Beautiful kitchens and very courteous professional staff. Its a great place to go if you want to get everything for your renovation in one spot. The showroom is huge. They have 3 rooms filled with a large variety of tiles, several lines of all types of cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and more. When i walked into the showroom I was blown away by the large selection of everything

Absolutely stay away from this company !!! The biggest waste of time. Met with one of the designer’s, Keith, to remodel our kitchen. We picked out the materials we wanted, he came out to our house, took measurements but he couldn’t have left fast enough. Keith said to give him a couple of days a he’ll get back to us with a quote. Well, Keith NEVER called us! When WE called Keith, he would give us the run around on how busy he is, but just to give him another week and he’ll call us back. Glad I didn’t hold my breath because three weeks later I’m still waiting! If I had to hound him down for a quote I could just imagine how the project would have been. I have heard this before about this company and just didn’t listen. Please don’t bother with the aggravation or this company. Dimensions Design in Cooper City is unreliable and obviously too good for people’s business!

Great company to renovate my kitchen. Their designer Keith Dambra was very professional, VERY patient and creative in the design of my new kitchen. He brought me around their huge showroom and focused in on right cabinets and countertops i wanted at the price I was looking to spend. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my kitchen. I highly recommend this company!

Please save yourself the aggravation. A simple job that should have taken no more than 7 days (as stated in their contract) took over 8 months. 4 of these 8 months was just the permit being approved by the city of Pembroke Pines. Inspections would fail on a weekly basis. Those who work quickly end up working twice and in our case more than ten times. The owner, Joel Brown, himself had the audacity to tell me (a paying customer) that my house was the «smallest job he was working on» and went on to say «I don’t need your money». Unfortunately, the work being done was to the entrance of our home. The entire front wall needed to be replaced and we were reminded of their incompetence each and every time we walked through the front door.
They failed to inform us that we needed to purchase a high impact front door. Not only did they throw away our current door (the one that came with the house when we purchased it) — They installed the incorrect/​non-​impact door and months later come to tell us that we need to purchase a high impact door. When I spoke to Joel and kindly asked him for a credit towards the balance of the work being that we had already wasted that money on the incorrect door, he was arrogant and told me off. He told me to stop harassing the girl at the front desk (which was pregnant at the time) He said «I can’t have you caling and aggravating pregnant women so don’t call back here». We practically threw away almost $ 400 on the non-​impact door and ended up spending twice as much on an impact door.
The first 8 months that we were living in our home was a disaster because of these people. There is nothing I regret more than contracting them to work on our first home. The actual job was completed on Friday February 28, 2014 and the permit wasn’t closed and finalized until end of May because they were missing a signature from an engineer who was not returning their call. They told us that the balance was «passed due» as of the day the work was completed and I told them I will not pay one dime until that permit is closed, finalized and in my hand. Please save yourself the aggravation and search elsewhere for a contractor.

DO NOT BOTHER. What a total waste of time. On two occasions (two remodels), there «design» expert, Stewart (or maybe spelled Stuart), pretty much spent more time talking, not listening,… telling us about his not-​so-​impressive background, … and why we would not want to do what we want to do. This joke told us that they can’t miter Caesarstone for our shower bench. Spent 15+ minutes telling us how he doesn’t think it’s a good idea even if it was possible. Then, one of the installers walked in the store and he asked him for his opinion. The installer basically said that absolutely YES, it was possible and they do it all the time. And by the way, it’s basically shown in their website in one of their design examples. Total loser! Then, he called me back one day (as promised) to check in and let me know that he had not had a chance to talk to the manufacturer and that he would call me back later that week. That was over 6 weeks now. Place lacks KNOWLEDGE and PROFESSIONALS. Total waste.

What a great find in Cooper City! I have been wanting to remodel my bathroom. It was remodeled right before I purchased the home a few years ago, so it’s new, just not my taste. I felt guilty about spending money for something that wasn’t really necessary, but I also hated looking at that bathroom everyday, it was a sea of beige (snore). I looked for vanities online for about six months. Trying to find something with style, that was small enough to fit in this little bathroom. I found one made by Native Trails that I loved. I priced them online, but was worried about ordering an item like this online. I looked on the Native Trails site to find a local dealer and it was Dimensions. I went in, met the owner and one of his awesome sales staff and we got it all worked out. They actually had the same prices as the prices online! They provided a free estimate, came over and checked out the space and advised how much it would cost to do all the work. I also decided to change the hardware from gold to bronze. I couldn’t get a shower kit to match up with the valve in the wall. They were kind enough to fully explain the process of tearing into the wall, replacing the valve, putting the new kit on and then replacing all the tile. Not only did they do a great job, they worked very neatly, cleaned up after, did it quickly, as promised, and at a fair price! It is hard to find just a few of those qualities with a contractor, they have them all. They do everything from a quick inexpensive remodel for a rental or a flip to high end overhauls. They also specialize in outdoor kitchens if you’re into grilling. I love being able to give local businesses my business, so I was so happy to find and use dimensions for my now beautiful bathroom!
