I’ve always walked out of jigsaw completely happy and satisfied! All the employees are always so friendly and welcoming when I walk in. Great atmosphere and very clean. Never had a bad experience there! Love jigsaw!!!

Great family friendly salon, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of the hair dressers truly love their jobs and it shows. They have been in business for 21 years and know how to treat their customers! It’s like a big family that welcomes you in every time you walk through the doors. I enjoy going to work there every day!

Called and asked if they could give me an appointment with a stylist who liked doing pixie cuts. She said ‘Of course, come right in.’ My hair was already short, just in desperate need of maintenance. When I arrived, I asked the stylist three times if she was experienced doing pixie cuts, if she liked them, and she reassured me she was and did. The cut was sloppy and rushed. She did not texture or blend the cut from sides to top. I was left with a choppy, untextured mess. The Owner over charged me at the counter at first, then handed me the correct change. Overall a very, very unpleasant experience. A little honesty could’ve saved my hair from being «Jigsawed».

Used to visit their old location on pines blvd. when they moved to new spot in cooper city, it changed. They are over prices for average service. I found a new hair stylist after the owner made some comments that I found offensive. His wife did a decent job with my hair but, I could not get past the owners comments.

Read my tip. Sums up everything. Giving an extra star because the place looked clean and the stylist was really good at overly complimenting me. Won’t be going back. Won’t be recommending to anyone.

Had my hair colored and cut here and I thought the stylist did a very good job. The stylist blew my hair dry and I since she didn’t say anything, I assumed it was included in the cost. I was surprised when to pay the bill I had an extra $ 25 added for the blow dry. If I would’ve known it was extra, I wouldn’t have had it done. I now know to always ask before they do anything to your hair.
