Very impressed by this enormous fitness/​sports center in Cooperstown, NY. I was expecting a gym, but instead found: racquetball, tennis courts, bowling alley, swimming pool, softball leagues/​fields, basketball gym, fitness center… i mean… Wow. Place is awesome.

The Clark Sports Center is a huge gym that has almost everything you can imagine. Indoor pool (1 with lanes, 1 for diving), basketball court, bowling alleys, cardio room, studio (for classes like spinning, aerobics), martial art classes, small indoor track. That’s not even everything that’s offered.
Usually the facilities are not packed, so you’ll probably be able to get onto that treadmill or elliptical. Very close to the Bassett Cooperstown hospital, somewhat walkable. Decent price for a month membership if you’re a hospital student ($ 55).
Come here to stay in shape if you’re in Cooperstown.
