We’ve been working with Grand Management over the past year to assist in the management of our rental home. During a recent tenant turnover Grand Management quickly communicated the condition of the house and made recommendations, including cost estimates, on required repairs and desirable upgrades. They quickly listed our home and managed the process of identifying the ideal tenant, preventing the potential of a long vacancy period. The Grand Management team is responsive and personable in their communications. They do a good job of representing the needs of both homeowners and tenants.

Do not deal with these people, at all. They will make you sign a lease and then they will continually break that lease. All the while threatening you with court action. I do not understand why the USDA and Rural Development continue to let this management group scam them. I would love to see them in a courtroom, in front of a judge. Let them explain their actions to a judge, then the Judge will instruct them in Landlord/Tenant Law.

If we could give a zero we would. We had a rental property that they managed in North Bend Or and they allowed the house to be destroyed. They lied constantly and they allowed the property to crumble while charging for services that were clearly not done. Again, caught them lying constantly about services.

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a «professional» entity. The man at the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge my presence when I walked in, when I got his attention and tried to enquire about their properties he rudely pointed to a stack of paper saying, there are all of our properties. We then found a place to rent from their sheet after driving around, paid em the 30 a person application fee and were told that the place was already rented. They are crooks! run!

These folks graciously accepted my payment on time every year for… umpteen years. Isn’t it a sad state of affairs when we have so much«stuff» we’re willing to pay month after month, year after year to STORE it? How much was it worth to begin with? Never had an issue with Grand Management. My complaint with them would be the same with anybody who expects you to pay them, yet makes no provision for payment envelope self addressed. I really hate having to address my own envelope(that’s after I find one) and send money to someone at my own additional dime. If they want the payment — send me an envelope! No worries now, we finally cleaned the silly thing out. I will say, I was surprised at how graciously they accepted our cancellation without further charges. Nice enough place to store all that extra crap you buy and didn’t need to begin with! :)

Grand did not keep up with annual inspections and treated us poorly on more than one occasion. We discussed our dissatisfaction with the owner, and she suggested we take our properties somewhere else. That was the best advice that Grand ever gave us! We turned our properties over to another company in town and have been extremely happy since.
