Handsaker Upholstery

I’ve gone through Handsaker twice now for my E36 BMW Convertible. From the factory my seats were all beige and I really wanted a combination of Black and Tan for each seat (black sides with tan center). I had my Front Seats, Center Armrest and Headrests done nearly Two Years and 40,000 miles ago. They are holding up great and continue to look awesome.
I finally decided to get my back seat and rear-​headrests done to match. When I went to pick them up I realized we had some miscommunication over color scheme. They reassured me it wasn’t a problem and alleviated that crummy feeling you get when you are doing a project and it doesn’t go as planned. A week later I received a call saying they are done and when I arrived to pick them up they were exactly as intended and exceeded my expectations.
I already know what I want them to do next.

I stopped by to get a quote and to match the color of the fabric. I was told that the fabric would have to be ordered and would take two weeks. I was in no hurry so I agreed to wait the two weeks. Two weeks came and went, by the third week I called, no one answered so I left a message on the answering machine. Another week and a half went by and I called again, talked to someone and they didn’t have an answer whether or not if my fabric came in, they said they would call me right back and never did.
This is not how you run a business, the people don’t seem to care about the job or the customer. I can’t rate their quality of work since it never happened, I’ll go to their competitors instead of giving these people my business.
