I don’t come here all that often, but whenever I do, I’m greeted warmly by the woman who I believe to be the manager. She treats all customers as if they’re old friends, and I walk out feeling as though I went to a small-​town coffee shop instead of a global chain. You won’t find anything crazy here, as it’s all the same coffee and pastries that you’ll see at any other Dunkin’ (though perhaps better stocked!), but it’s amazing how much a little kindness can transform an experience.

Charged me for a Medium Iced Coffee on National Coffee day. Really? Not participating? You’ve just virtually guaranteed I’ll go down the block to the one by Daniel Street. You guys really are the worst. You’ve lost a customer over 2.49. Nice job.
