This place is horrible, don’t go cheap like I did, spend more and go to a real furniture store. Every and I mean every step of the way there was a mistake. Purchased daughters bedroom set end of December and was told we would have it 3 – 4 weeks later. 8 weeks later with me calling numerous times I finally got a delivery date, so my husband went to the store in farmingdale where we purchased the furniture… it’s closed ! You would think one of the idiots on the phone would have mentioned that we should go to copaigue to pay.
So they finally deliver furniture, loft bed and dresser damaged, desk complete wrong color. I was told they would go to warehouse and look for replacements and call me that afternoon to let me know what they found…6pm I’m calling them because of course they didn’t call. They said we have your furniture see you 10 am Monday. 10 am I get a phone call… to schedule my delivery. I have never dealt with such a disorganized business. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Never, ever again. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Absolutely the most horrible retail experience of my life. I beg you not to deal with the staff in this Mickey Mouse operation. 12 weeks after we were promised a 2 week delivery we finally received all the items that we purchased. First delivery half of the furniture we bought was damaged. Then it took an additional 4 weeks to get the damaged furniture replaced. I wish I would have read the reviews here prior to allowing my better half to make the purchase. An absolute nightmare for sure. I asked for them 2 give me a refund and take all the furniture back. And they would not even do that. Run don’t walk away from this non customer service driven operation.

I wish I could give this place ½ a star… a tenth of a star… a complete nightmare in customer service. I could write an essay on how bad they are at delivering what they promise. The owner is a complete jerk, no one on staff has any common courtesy and they never return your calls. We spent over $ 2500 on furniture that was damaged and lost a few hundred on shipping fees … BUYER BEWARE! This place is a poor excuse of a business.

Great company I highly recommend shopping with them. Last time I bought my furniture through them they really took care of me. I made an offer on a bedroom set, Chris who was my salesman accepted and it was an east deal. I got a great price and my room looks better then ever. I will definitely be back.
