How does this even exist? Not based in science or reality.

Not based in science, pretty embarrassing, this place was in disrepair and downright dirty. Since it is so bad, it will close down soon, thankfully.

My kids enjoyed the guide led tour, it wasn’t crowded so it was a private tour just for us!
We researched prior to going so we knew it was creation based museum. They also pointed it out prior to us paying. They told us the place was under renovation but offered no discounts. For the amount of disrupted exhibits this really should be considered. It seems once done it will be a nice little museum.
Our guide was very polite and well rehearsed. She followed the flow of our questions well and kept the tour moving.
The outside park seems to be in need of maintaining, much of the equipment does not seem safe! Loose nails, chipping paint, broken boards and flimsy or old construction of homemade attractions.
The marketing signage (large size) was one of the best features.
It’s an interesting visit for about an hour. But wait until they have everything renovated

Terrible applications of science. I got the tour guide to admit that she didn’t know what a fossil even was. The museum claims to be able to create fossilized teddy bears in order to sustain the idea tjat fossils are not millions of years old but less than a few thousand. If you value your child’s education DO NoT take him/​her here. Adults only.

Sorry, as far as fossils and science goes this is not the place one should go. Of course, if you believe in creationism this may be your place and you may actually believe what they have to say! Unfortunately young children are so willing and wanting to learn new things, I felt terrible taking them there and then having to reeducate them afterwards. I only wish I had done my research prior to purchasing the Groupon and driving 45 min. So glad we didn’t pay full price!
Although old and dirty they did have some fun play equipment which the kids really loved! But still not worth the price nor the Creationism propaganda!
