The ABSOLUTEWORST Best Buy I have ever been to. No customer service and no knowledge of the products they are selling. Do not go.

Staff was condescending in computer dept. I came into store to buy a wireless card for my PC with windows ten. I stated twice that I had windows ten and asked the associate to verify the card would be compatible. I had much work to get done in my office that day. The card was most definitely NOT windows ten compatible. When I called the costumer support hotline for the wireless card to make sure it was my software that was the problem the technician said half of his calls involve people who were given the wrong product from a best buy.

Jake was Awesome! He helped me get my Ipad mini(that had been a gift) up and running with my Hotmail account and showed me how to use the camera feature and Safari. As you can tell I am totally technology challenged. That day I purchased an Ipad mini keyboard to use with the Mini IPad and he went over the features of how to use it with the Ipad. Best of all, the twenty minute consult about what I had and how to use it was FREE! What is still FREE in this world? A little help for the severely technology impaired grandmas who come to Best Buy! Jake is my new hero! jean h.

It is o.k. Used to get my computers from here but the place has really gone downhill. The staff is not well trained. It is a bit pricey.

I’ve been coming to this Best Buy for years. I somewhat agree with previous reviews about this store. I’m a computer engineer so I know my stuff. However most of the employees here are not very technical. I’ve never used the Geek Squad, but I have had to fix PCs that people first took to Geek Squad. After they admit to spending several hundreds of dollars on «geeks» their issues were either not resolved or even worse. That aside I will admit that employees do approach me and ask if there is anything they can help me find. I have received great service when it comes to finding a product that states it is in stock. I even had one employee take the time to go back into receiving and dig a CD out of the box. I consider that going above and beyond. Their price matching policy is pretty good. They even sometimes match online competitors especially around Christmas time. I do think their recent return policy change to 15 days is rather short. However if you are a rewards silver member you still get 60 days.

I can remember a time when Best Buy was the best thing around. Unfortunately, that time must have been long ago. They seemed to have sold out to all the major acts(although they did that a while ago). A huge display of Lady Gaga’s latest CD in the front of the store — really? I like meat suits as much as the next person, but her music sucks. The service here is pitiful. If you need ANYTHING fixed by the Geek Squad(which I’m assuming is what most people come in here for, based on what I saw), you’re better off placing some M-80s inside of your broken device and watching them explode. Their warranties are junk, and are specifically designed so they can profit off of them. $ 280 for 2-year virus coverage?!? I must have been told of six or seven things that weren’t specifically covered by the warranty. It might actually be cheaper to take it elsewhere and break the warranty. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Best Buy’s service is just getting worse and worse. I had a problem and I had Corporate customer service on the phone. When I asked the«store manager» to talk to the corporate office so I could get my problem resolved, she ignored me and put up her and as to say«talk to the hand». I know she was not the actual manger, but she said she was. Awful.
