I was driving across town for dog food (PMI Exclusive for Seniors) for the past year. I have asked several times about coupons, to no avail. They «rotate» the neighborhood newpapers they advertise/​post coupons in so couldn’t even tell me where to look for them at any given time. So I asked about coupons via the monthly newsletter. I’ve asked in response to the newsletter and in person, again, to no avail — most of the time the answer is more a shoulder shrug and ho hum. So I decided to call around for other suppliers. Guess what? Hartville Hdwe has the same food, 10 bucks less a bag before any coupons! And I found $ 5 off coupons online simply by googling for them! Bye bye Copley Feed, hello Hartville Hdwe! Maybe next time someone will think to find the answers for the customer while they are still a customer.
