Brought an iPad to Jim thinking it was a lost cause. He checked it out and said he could fix it up. He also suggested adding the tempered glass as an added protection which I did. Got the device all fixed up and ready to go the next day. Very Happy Customer

Very happy with service and the job done on my iPad. Jim was very professional and did an outstanding job fixing my screen. I have taken devices to other locations that used inferior parts and price was higher. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if I ever need another device fixed.

I am giving one star only because my phone was fixed. However the service is worse than awful. Came by to pick up my phone and the door was locked with a note on the door to call Jims cell phone. I did multiple times but no answer. He replied 2 hours later to tell us he will be in at 1:00 pm. No surprise that when we showed up at 1:00 he is not here. It’s infuriating. When he finally arrived we didn’t get even a simple apology for making us wait for hours.
