EcoSafe Dry Carpet Care

We cleaned our carpets yearly with other companies and while searching for something organic and cleaner I found Eco. We will definitely reuse this company. I wish I had taken a picture of the before carpet because it looked completely different. The whole process took a reasonable amount of time. It has been several days and none of the stains are coming back like with a normal carpet cleaner. Price is a bit higher but well worth it.

Fernando was very responsive. Was able to speak to him on first call. We set an appointment for an estimate. BTW, we called other top rated vendors, but EcoSafe was the only one who is prompt in answering or returning calls.
He called and gave a heads up that he was going to be a bit late, and gave an estimate of arrival. Stuff happens, but a call ahead and an ETA is what I expect from all home maintenance vendors — few live up to this, so it was refreshing.
EcoSafe is a bit more expensive that the traditional steam cleaners. HOWEVER, Fernando patiently explained the process and technology they use, and he did work with us on ways to hit our budget. We set a time for the service. And they were on time arriving.
We have light colored carpet throughout the house and we are very happy with the results. One of the previous owners had an animal and children who left stains, and, evidently, in the kitchen they had a spill that must have reached the adjacent carpet — we thought it was from traffic. The prior owners strategically placed furniture or mats in a way to obscure this, it seems.
Today, unless you knew where all these were, you’d never guess, as it is close to new. The kitchen tile and grout are close to their original luster, as well.
We had a minor repair needed on the stairs, and Fernando took care of that. Plus, before he left, he took some time to provide a few tips on dealing with an older carpet.
The bonus (over other methods) is that this «dry» process allowed us to walk on the carpet shortly after cleaning. The door did not have to be open, in this height of summer. And, the product (s) used did not leave a strong odor (it was very mild), nor did it last very long (overnight).
We will definitely use EcoSafe again. My wife already has recommended them to friends.
