Knockouts

Rude and over priced. Paid $ 30 for a buzz cut on a Monday, went back on a Friday for a complimentary neck clean up that would have taken two mins and they wanted to charge me $ 5. They won’t be getting any more of my business. Pro Cuts even gives a free neck clean up. Ha.

This location needs some direction.
Very inconsistent. Sometimes they are good, sometimes not. Since the first girl I had there did a great job, I keep wanting to give them a chance.
Today was a total failure. I showed up a few minutes early to get in first. 1pm, came and went, and no one came to the door.
About 10 minutes after they opened, a girl arrived and went in and locked the door behind her.
After about 10 more minutes (I’ve been staring at this door for 25 minutes, albeit 5 of my own early) she came back to the dior and said no one showed up for work and they can’t do anything and doesn’t know when they will be able to.
I asked if she had a guess at when they would open. She said no. I asked if I waited, could it be hours before I could get in?
She just said yes. Then she went back inside and locked the door.
I’m not waiting hours here to see if they open.
(Definitely a 1 star experience, but i gave them 2 stars since they have been ok in the past), but for a cut I can get anywhere, I go for the customer service. And that is exactly where they fall flat.
Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend.

After being passed over by the obnoxious blond that appears to run the place so that she could take another customer who clearly had no appointment, I was given the worst cut I’ve had in years while getting to hear said blond wax loudly and ignorantly on the Caitlyn Jenner situation. I now look like I gave myself a haircut, I have a mole bleeding on the back of my neck and her voice won’t stop ringing in my ears.

I have been to this location 4 times and all 4 times was happy with my haircut. Unfortunately the last three times was told it would be a 20 minute wait even though I had an appointment and arrived on time. Today I walked out having tired of them not honoring their commitment on a 3:30 appointment. If you don’t mind waiting 20 – 30 minutes even with an appointment this will be a good place for you. My time is too valuable so it’s back to the Board Room.
