Awful. I’ve been tanning with various companies over the years and this has always been by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. New person, EVERY single time I come in. Rude. Inconsiderate. The whole company is really a joke. Don’t ever tan with palm beach. You’re going to sell your soul to them. Want to cancel the package? HA! Good luck! Want to tan the next day? Has it been EXACTLY24 hours? No, ma’am… I have a life and cannot make it at the precise time you wish. Do you want my money? Go ahead with the ‘it’s the law’ stuff but I’ve been tanning for ten year and never had an issue until now.

Worst experience ever! Wish I could give them no no go there if you can help it… but if you must, then make sure to get them to print all of your paperwork for you. Their employees don’t offer to print anything for you, and you don’t even know that you are signing anything important(like a contract) until it’s too late. This company has a policy of asking you to sign on a pin-pad(as if you are signing a credit card payment) when you are actually signing several pages of legal documents(that they never offer to give you a copy of). They don’t give you important information that you might need about your membership and then cancelling is a huge pain. They basically kept an extra $ 100 of my money after I cancelled my membership over a week ago. I didn’t actually ever go to this location(as I went in Plano) but their corporate office is in Coppell… so I wanted to make sure that no matter where you live you know that this place is a huge rip off. CHOSEANYOTHERTANNINGSALON… BUTDON’T GOHERE!

So this is how it works here: When you first go in, someone would right away get you signed up. They’ll explain how the treatment works and answer your questions, but there’s a catch. They don’t explain everything like about the company’s policy, cost, or anything of those important things. Depending on who you’re talking to and what kind of mood they’re in, its different. The workers don’t give you the whole picture. That’s how they make business here. Yea, this place is a fraud. I feel so ripped off! My mom and I came came here for the red light treatment. We got all signed up, and started coming here weekly. She wanted to do red light after hearing about all the benefits it had to offer. There was this blonde, young girl who helped us out and explained that their red light treatment doesn’t give you a tan, answering my mother’s concern if it makes you tan. But after awhile, she noticed that her freckles that were on the verge of disappearing got darker, and her whole body got darker, and tan. Her age spots got darker as well. They were lying. So I went back to ask for a refund, and they said, «We can’t» Once you make a membership, they will constantly charge you even if you don’t go here anymore. One of workers said I can cancel the membership at anytime, while a different cold one said that we were suppose to cancel it 1 month ahead. In total, with my mom and me, the Membership fees, useless products, 4 time treatments costed about $ 700. It’s outrageously expensive to the point where it doesn’t even make sense. Shouldn’t they give me all my money back, since the results of the treatment was opposite of all the benefits they were saying? I am so disappointed. I feel so helpless; I can’t do anything. One worker says this and another worker says another thing. Nobody here are giving me straight answers. We wanted to return the products but they didn’t even tell us that there was a 7 day return limit, while a different worker says we can return it anytime. I don’t care if the Penelope M girl comments on this review saying sorry. Because a sorry is easy to toss out when they already ripped you off. Until I have my refund, then I’ll acknowledge they have better service. Don’t come here at all costs.

I wish I could give no stars, as I didn’t actually get to tan. I drove 45 minutes across town only to find that they closed at 9, which was posted on a paper sign on the door. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was planning to spray tan before a business trip and am fairly furious with this poor business practice. I am a former palm beach employee at another location and this is in no way how the company intends to conduct business. I’ll be making a complaint to corporate as well.

I came here and was very very disappointed. I’m not an experienced user of tanning beds, but I wanted a base tan before leaving on a trip to the beach. In all honesty, this was my first time tanning. And I feel like I was taken advantage of for the novice stage that I was at. The sales people were hustlers and I was ripped off. There are quite a few things that this location and its associates do to get more money from you. First off, there are no pricing charts anywhere on the walls. This gives the salesperson ample opportunity to sell you an expensive package. Second, they don’t tell you up front if the lotion($ 40 a bottle!) is required, they just give you your choice between two types(which gives the customer a feeling of control, when in reality they don’t even need to waste their money)(its one of the oldest sales tricks in the book). Third, they have you sign up with ALL your information put into the computer, even if you only plan on coming just one time. This makes it harder to back out when they drop the actual price on you. That’s the fourth thing. Once you’ve gone through the entire process, they tell you the price and ask for your credit card. So I went, I sought their advice, I agreed upon the bed they suggested, I was smart enough to deny the $ 40 lotion(even though they offered a «discount»), they put all my information in the computer, even though I was only going to do it that one time(in retrospect, I probably should’ve refused to give them my info), then they asked how long I was gonna do it for(7 min), and finally, they dropped the price on me: $ 33. For one visit, no lotion, just 7 minutes. It had taken me 20 minutes to get to this point and I ended up just paying for it(which is exactly how they plan for it to happen). After going home, I did some research and confirmed my suspicion that they’d ripped me off. Don’t go here. They’re fast-talking salespeople who try to get the most money out of you. And the bed didn’t even give me the base tan that I went there for.
