Park ‘N Fly

We recently had a terrible experience with Park N Fly, one of the worst in the past 20 years. So far, I have called customer service once, exchanged e-​mails with customer service rep 2 – 3 times, still no resolution.
Park N Fly has a partner called SWIFTPARK. I reserved parking with SWIFTPARK via Park N Fly web site and prepaid my parking early December. We had a very early morning flight. When my family arrived at SWIFTPARK as scheduled, the door was locked. I called the phone number, a guy came out, told us that the lot was no longer SWIFTPARK any more, it had become DFW airport valet recently. I showed him my prepaid parking receipt, he said sorry, but we had to park somewhere else. We ended up parking at Express South in order to catch the flight.
After my trip, I called Park N Fly asking for a refund because they did not notify me about the change ahead of time. After talking to the customer service rep, I was told that they were going to looking into it and call me back in a few days. A few days later I received an e-​mail, saying no refund because I did not cancel my reservation. I explained the situation to the customer service rep again via e-​mail. In the next response, Park N Fly customer service rep admitted that they had forgotten to notify me about the change, but still refused to offer me a refund. Why? They said the DFW SWIFTPARK was no longer in place, but there was still a SWIFTPARK at Love Filed. Does the service rep honestly believe from the bottom of his/​her heart that my family and I should have driven all the way to SWIRFTPARK Love Field that day when flying out of DFW? Who in the right mind would do that? I asked the service rep for Park N Fly’s chief customer service officer’s e-​mail, so that I can write to him/​her. It has been a few days, I have not heard anything from Park N Fly.

I travel weekly for work and if it’s slow, these guys will watch you park and pick you up at your car so yo don’t have to walk to the main pickup station. They also give you a written ticket with your parking spot and once a driver even drove me around the entire lot looking for my car when I lost my ticket. He even drove me to another company’s lot when we figured out my car wasn’t there instead of me having to go back to the airport terminal and catching their shuttle. Awesome!

Drivers are nice. Great location. Pick ups are almost always very slow. Parking spot seems to run a lot more buses. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like their location.

Great when you get them. But frustrating that 6 PARKING SPOT– no, 7 PARKING SPOT– vans go by.
27 minutes later they are here.

This is a great shuttle for Dfw. The shuttle comes right away to your car and got us to the terminal very quickly. The drivers are very nice, we had Ray today and he was great! The wait at the airport to take us back to our car wasn’t long either.

I have become a regular Park ‘N Fly customer over the last couple of years. I like its easy access off of the highway. I use the covered parking, which is nice. The van picks me up immediately by my car, before I can even pull out my luggage. The drivers have always been courteous, both upon departure and arrival. And with their new option of texting upon arrival, my wait time has been even shorter. One driver even offered me some of his own cough drops when he heard me coughing in the van.
Also, they have a frequent parker program now. So I have quickly earned free days parking, and receive a AAA discount for all of my reservations.

I have been parking on and off here for over 10 yrs because it is the most convenient to my home and I travel for business about 50% of my time. @DFW
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
I am hugely disappointed with their website issues which compromised 3 of my credit cards due to to their absolute lack of security protocols. I thought it won’t happen again…&$@?!
They force you to book for covered online. You can’t drive in and park in covered without a reservation. ???
What? If you pay for a week in advance and come back early — no money back.
Their shuttles will have you waiting way longer than the others at DFW to get back to your car. Finally they got a few new vans with shocks so I came back a few times recently.
These folks are clueless to customer service that I have experienced several times by calling. «You can’t fix stupid.»
GO ELSEWHERE and SKIP THE FRUSTRATION !!

Very convenient and the most courteous staff I’ve ever experienced. When I arrive late at night, the driver waits until I’m settled in my vehicle and start it before he drives off. Very thoughtful and definitely something that will keep me coming back again and again.

Drop off at the terminal, covered parking, speedy pick up on return. I also thought Robert, the driver, was a great face for Park ‘N Fly. He was upbeat and efficient. We left on Thursday ⁵⁄₂₁ around 3 pm, he drove us then and we returned Tuesday ⁵⁄₂₆ around 6 pm, he also drove us then. He deserves some recognition.

I’ve tried other lots but what I like the most about Park ‘N Fly is the quick and easy shuttle service between the lot and the airport. After returning from long trips, I’ve had to wait up to 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up and take me back to my car but with Park N Fly, I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes.

I have used Park N Fly at DFW many times and I find them to be very quick and convenient. Even when they were over booked they provided me complimentary valet service. I highly recommend Park N Fly.

I used Park and Fly for my trip to Chicago. They were very friendly and very helpful! They made my travel a lot less stressful!

We always use Park «n Fly when traveling from the DFW Airport.
The service is always fast and easy.
When returning to the airport we usually call for the van to pick up our car at their parking lot. Most of the time the van arrives within 10 minutes. Vans make their run through all the DFW terminals so frequently sometimes we don’t finish the call!

So completely ridiculous. Being a loyal customer used to mean something. However, with PnF, that evidently is both the case. Where I used to be able to book and pay for my reservation online, they now REQUIRE you to create a PayPal account in order to book through them. How ridiculous and immature of a system that you REQUIRE your members to create a SECOND ACCOUNT to process payments, even though the website misleads the user by stating PayPal is RECOMMENDED but you do not provide a mechanism to decline it and move forward without a PayPal membership. On top of that, I called customer service, waited on hold for a conservative 15 minutes, and when she told me the price, she said there was a $ 3 by phone booking fee. Now I have wasted a full hour on this garbage. My recommendation is go somewhere else… anywhere else.

Fast easy efficient… what more to say. Our driver, Doug, was super helpful from our luggage to flight info. The shuttle was clean. I’d rather park here than worry about going to the airport getting lost through all that construction and paying that ridiculously high parking fee. If I could give more stars I would. I like the service I receive.

They are great on the way to departures… Fast! But in the past 12 times I have come back late at night, 10 out of 12 I have waited 30 to 45 minutes. I call the second I step food outside. And tonight… The driver did not even get up to help the three of us with our bags.

The lot is easy to get to and is well lit and secure. It’s much nicer than having to navigate the airport terminal maze. As soon as we park the shuttle arrives promptly and the driver assists with luggage. It’s a short comfortable ride to the airport where we are dropped off close to our gate. When we return the shuttle arrives quickly after sending a simple text message and again we are assisted with our luggage. Park N Fly is very convenient reliable and easy to use. Plus it’s nice to have your own vehicle rather than having to bother a friend or family member for that ride to the airport.

I’ve been here two times and every time this place has been superb. The drivers are always nice and the service is quick and easy! They even give you complimentary waters at the end. The drivers are so helpful when it comes to questions too! They will make sure you are at the right terminal and if not they’ll take you to the right one.
The location itself is close to the airport too. It’s only a 5 minute drive! It looks far on the map but don’t be fooled. I will be coming back the next time I need to travel! Thanks Park n Fly!

I had read a few reviews before I planned what time I should leave and everything for my flight. It was an early morning flight, and I already get nervous of missing my plane due to security or traffic so I made sure to be here on time.
I got in and parked my car, and i saw a shuttle driver driving around, so I thought I should walk to him. When I did that he did explain next time to just stay at the car, and the driver will come pick me up! I will know for next time.
I had about 3 – 4 people ahead of me, and I was the last stop… Thanks American! The shuttle driver and I had a little chit chat while he drove me to my terminal. Even though it was 6 o’clock in the morning and I am not a morning person.
On the way back, I did not have to wait that long for a shuttle to come, maybe max 10 minutes. I would purchase this again if I really needed a ride to the airport.

Reading a few reviews, I was prepared for a wait. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wait for a shuttle during drop off or pick up. Great service!
