I was proactive in asking a lot of questions so I would be prepared when arriving fort appointment. After getting there I was pressured into buying their round lock for $ 17.99 that they required. I had the exact same lock at home (15 min away). She told me thy they couldn’t put their lock on it, thy couldn’t leave it unlocked so I needed to buy their lock. I refused and said forget it, when leaving she said I could go get mine but I already set up a babysitter and drove down there, not to leave and come back again. I wish they would disclose all *charges*.
