I agree with other reviewers. I actually go out of my way to go to other Sherwin Williams stores even though this store is a mile from my house. I have had two bad experiences with this store. I was given the wrong product twice. I was given satin sheen when I asked for matte. The second time, I brought a piece baseboard to color match. The employee claimed to match the baseboard to a color in the system. I think that he just picked a color because he couldn’t get a match. It didn’t match at all. I sent in a complaint when I received an email asking how the service was, but there was no action taken. I am not surprised to see how many people go out of their way to review this store given its awful service. If you like Sherwin Williams paint, drive a few extra miles and go to a different location for better service.

Ok so first let me start by saying that anybody that was complaining about the manager situation before, nothing really has changed at all. This new manager(Megan) will never give you the time of day. I walked in and she was by a register and she seemed to be the only person I could talk to but I was wrong. Wrong in the sense that I could talk to her because as soon as I walked up to her, she didn’t really acknowledged me. She seemed to be too entertained by her phone. I tried speaking to her to let her know I needed assistance and she took at least 15 seconds before she finally took her face off of her phone and said unenthusiastically, «can I help you?» I normally am very understanding when employees give me attitude for the fact I have also worked retail before, so I know how stressful it can be. But seeing as she didn’t really have any customers lining up. She didn’t seem busy at all, so I gave her a very unenthusiastic«yes». I tried explaining to her that I needed paint for outdoor use, for a bench I was trying to paint, and she only pointed me to the outdoor paint. She never even really bothered to explain the differences. It’s very safe to say although they have gotten new management, everything has sadly stayed the same. It’s sad too because I heard that Sherwin’s priority was going to be aimed at customer service, but this store seems to think otherwise. On a side note, I also saw a girl in the back doing heavy lifting and she seemed to be limping. It’s just a little observation but she seemed hurt and nobody seemed to be helping her. Just bad customer service and a company that doesn’t care for their employees.

I witnessed an event at this store that began with a reasonable customer trying to find a paint color to match a family heirloom that he brought in. It ended with Sherwin-Williams employees getting paint colors all over the heirloom, refusing to wipe it off and eventually saying«Get the hell out of my store.» I restate, this customer was reasonable and not being particularly difficult, he simply asked them to be more careful with this piece as they were clearly being careless. I was so disgusted, I ended up leaving the store and taking my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend going to this store. Really bad service and people that I don’t want to support.

Store manager Jennifer not customer friendly. Too busy on computer at cash wrap to greet a customer standing at register. Rude. Surprised the store gets any business with her leadership. Waiting to hear if receive call back from DM. Training opportunity for Jennifer.
