Jenna is amazing for facials, microderm, anything having to do with your face. Great knowledge, great products, special attention to your individual needs. A real treasure in Coppell. Jamie, the owner is also amazing. The place is cute, comfortable, serene and just what a busy, tired working woman needs.

I have gone to Jo at Soft Touch for electrolysis for several years now and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The salon itself is clean and the ambiance calming. A gem of a day spa!

JO has been doing my face for YEARS now… I have been pushing her on everyone forever and now I have to book weeks in advance to get in. Her art work is sensational and I appreciate her honesty and willingness to keep me «gorgeous» as she says. Facials, massages, and hop on that coffee bar. Nice little place, trees for shade and always clean.

I received a great European facial from Jamie. I went in complaining of inflamed skin (due to allergies) and walked out completely soothed and stress-​free. I even received some samples to help calm my skin for a week. So far, so good.
Soft Touch anchors a strip center on Town Center Dr and Denton Tap. It sits a little bit off the main road so the blare of traffic is not audible in the spa. Soft Touch’s interior is nicely decorated with neutral paint scheme and dark wood finishes; the soft music also helps define a relaxing spa atmosphere. The environment was definitely designed to pamper guests. Of course, to complement this, the staff I met were soft-​spoken, nice and helpful. Again, Jamie was terrific – she explained what she was doing every step of the facial, and we discussed future treatment options for my allergies, i.e. peels, microdermabrasion.
Soft Touch offers an entire menu of services from facials to waxes, from massages to full spa packages. If I could squeeze it into my budget, I’d come here regularly and stay longer. Soft Touch is an excellent escape from the daily grind.

I. love. this. place. Staff is great, facials are amazing, owner is the best. She’ll always add in a few things for free. The products aren’t cheap, but they work soo well.

I have been here a few times for facials, and have been very pleased. The staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They never rush through the treatment and I always feel relaxed and at ease. They have the latest technology and skin care products, when I leave I always feel like my skin is fresh and glowing.
Not cheap but worth it if you feel like treating yourself!
