This pharmacy is slow. Granted, most are, but I get prescriptions filled here frequently and it doesn’t matter if I drive through or go inside, if it’s been called in or I drop it off and wait. I’ve never had problems getting what I need filled and they are usually kind and helpful but just so so slow. If you plan to fill here, don’t expect to do so in a hurry.

Walgreen’s usually is great however it’s 1137am. I’m here to pick up meds already to go and yet someone in front of me in the drive line is waiting to have theirs filled and then pick up therefore no it is 20 minutes and I just am able to pull up and wait again!!!

Guys, the Walgreens Pharmacy is awesome.
Why?
Because I’m going to second Neha M’s review. The pharmacists are always happy and smiling here. Walgreens is also super diligent at notifying you on whether you want to refill your prescription, either via text message, email, or their smartphone app. After you refill, they are so stinkin’ fast at having my prescription ready that the drive-thru pick-up is a breeze (sometimes my pills are ready in an hour, so it’s a quick errand after work).
Would I come here again?

This is mainly for the pharmacy section. This is one of the friendliest and quickest pharmacies I’ve ever been to! They always recommend my mom for different coupons for her medications too. Awesome place.

Drive thru pharmacy is open later on Sundays… thank goodness! I always had issues with my previous Walgreens in getting my prescriptions in the evenings with them closing early Sundays. Speedy friendly service. Walgreens will always be my one stop shop of choice. Plus those rewards points rack up fast! I’m always getting a couple of bucks off on any purchase I make there.

This place is clean, offers a few grocery items as well as the normal drugstore items.
I mostly use it for photo developing.
I feel like they are either understaffed or poorly trained. It seems like there’s always a wait.

I am usually a fan of the Walgreens, this one has not yet won me over. I only have been in a few times and have not gotten that welcome back feeling. My first complaint is it’s not a 24 hours store, and they do not open until 8AM. Second complaint no Red Box outside. ;0(
If you are in Coppell at 6AM and need something at this time of the hour Tom thumb or Market Streets is the only thing open. Th competitor across the way (CVS) they open at 7AM
