Zino Solutions

I have never been more at ease dealing with someone for my computer issues. I had been having a lot of problems with my computer for the past few months and being a college student I could not afford to go to the apple store and get it fixed. I found a Zino Solutions add at school and contacted them. I explained my issues over the phone and the gentleman over the phone was more than eager to help me fix somethings over the phone without even mentioning a fee. Once we decided that my laptop needed to be looked at, I dropped off my laptop the next day. In just a few short hours I was contacted by the same sweet guy that helped me originally over the phone. He explained in details (in normal people speak) what was going on with my computer and gave me a few options. I chose the one that met my budget (price was a lot less than I expected). My computer was ready to go the following day which was fantastic. I only spent one day at school without my laptop AND got my issues fixed. I have recommended them to many people and would go back to them without even thinking twice.
