They had some staffing problems in the past, and I totally would have written them a horrid review because of some of the things that they have pulled with my account in the past.
HOWEVER!!! They have almost a whole new staff. Ciera is fucking awesome. She’s certainly my new favorite person there. They have a whole new way of actually treating their customers well.
Yay Aaron’s for somehow managing to change my mind about a place… that has never happened before.
