Moved to Copperas Cove about a month ago. A friend mentioned this place to me that they had some local eats(since I’m from Hawai’i). I had the chicken katsu, reminded me of my favorite place at home. Just enough breading over the chicken and the sauce, yummy! Also had the poke, tasted great! The service great as well! I will definitely be returning.

Good food at a decent price, but where’s the pineapple! Also, the menu could use a few more sides to make repeat visits more enticing. The décor has improved since it opened, and I would expect this little restaurant to continue in that direction. It seems that there is some vision for this restaurant.

People who work here are very nice. I got chicken katsu plate and it was just okay, to me! I expected to get more side dishes like in Hawaii but it wasn’t like that. I got ahi poke and I couldn’t eat it. I had a better poke in Hawaii, the cook out, and the yard house.

The teriyaki chicken is amazing. I’ve been a customer for years. So glad they are now here in cove!

My fave place when I’m missing home. The service is great. They really have the aloha spirit in them. Very friendly. I always order their lau lau. Really happy to find a place in Texas that makes us feel at home. 3 stars because their food doesn’t come close to the real hawaiian foods back home.

The staff here is always very welcoming and friendly. Food is delicious! Their macaroni salad is my favorite from the menu. The only negative side about this place is the location… a bit ghettoish, but Copperas Cove and Killeen aren’t the most prettiest places to live in anyways. Give this place a try, you won’t regret!

I’m so glad I found this place. I’m allergic to shellfish and I love Asian infused cuisine, so I can’t have it since most places serve shellfish. I simply love their food well seasoned, and the staff is always so welcoming.

Um yes! This place is superb! I get the mixed plate and my god, the Kalua pork and brisket is sooooo melt in your mouth deliciousness! !! Chicken is good too :) Don’t get the poke… the tuna is stringy and the flavor is just soy sauce… i threw away most of it… and i rarely throw away food…

It seems like they cook their chicken at a different location and reheat it when you order. The taste is there but the chicken just seems old and rubbery. If you to the Rancier location, the food is much better. There is no line at this place during lunchtime for a reason.

I have eaten there a couple of times and enjoy the experience! The food taste fresh, I like the chicken katu myself and the sampler plate would be the first I would order if it is your first time visiting! The macaroni salad is one of the best I have ever tasted from a restaurant! The service is fast and friendly!

It was mine and my husbands first time at C&H Hawaiian Grill and we are super satisfied. The food was amazing and the closest thing to L&L Hawaiian bbq in copperas cove/Killeen. Definitely fixes that Hawaiian bbq craving. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was spacious and just gave off a chill vibe. Would go back again and recommend trying !

We really like this place! I suggest the mixed plate with Kalua Pork and ribs, but I like it so much that I haven’t tried anything else. My husband doesn’t usually eat white rice but he loves the rice here. Even my two year old likes the teriyaki chicken and pasta salad.

The place is clean and spacious with friendly service. The food is fresh and delicious. I loved every bit of my mixed plate and beef lumpia. They have some different sauces to choose from which is nice. I was stuffed and still wanted to eat because the food was excellent. I will definitely hit this spot again when back in the area. Don’t miss out on some great Hawaiian BBQ. It’s worth the visit. The Aloha canned passion fruit I had was very good but would have been excellent if it had been chilled. There is street parking. No lot.

The mixed plate was a good portion. The dining area had a lot of room for families. The the meat was a little on the fatty side and the macaroni was a bit flavorless. The terriaki chicken was very good though and the flavor of the rest of the meat including the pork on the bone was was sweet and tangy. Good meal and quick coming out you. If you like sauce ask for extra on your rice. All in all good meal and good prices.

I was born and raised in Hawaii, and was excited to find a Hawaiian food restaurant right down the road from the house we just moved in here in Copperas Cove. My husband and I both ordered the Kalua Pork plate. I originally was going to get the Laulau plate but they was sold out at the moment. Which was unfortunate but understandable. Luau leaves are hard to come by in the mainland. Anyway, our Kalua pork plates was absolutely delicious! And the side of poke we got was the best part of the whole meal !! I loved their poke very much! The flavors transported me back home! Definitely going to eat here again. Craving their Kalua pork now as I’m typing this review.

First of all. The food is not that yummy. I would have expected a lot more flavor on my upset tastebuds. I liked the crispiness of the breaded chicken, but the accompanying sauce was disappointing and did not give any spice to the chicken. The macaroni salad was average to bad, not to mention the bed of cabbage that… hum…i passed on. Oh, and when you pay at the cashier once you’ve ordered, the terminal asks for the amount of tip. Why would anyone tip even before experiencing the meal and/or getting a minimum of service? Obviously no one wants to feel cheap by not giving a dime for tip. Did I say there is no service whatsoever?

Always full, and always good. The prices can be high but it is well worth it. The atmosphere is family, and casual. The employees are all very nice.

This place was awesome, went here off of Unilocal reviews and wanted to try something new, can’t say I’ve ever had Hawaiian food before so I was interested. The person taking our order was really helpful and recommended what we should have. I got the sample platter, the brisket was part of that and was off the chain. Also the pulled pork with cabbage was incredibly good, reminded me of Irish cooking. I’ll be coming back here on the regular. Time to get fat.
