I wish there was a way to give less than one star! We walked in, first time here. Didn’t know to sign in cause no one said a word to us. So after they greeted a lady walking in after us, we learned we needed to sign in. My husband always gets a Military medium skin fade. The chick butchered his head! Fresh out of basic training type of super high and tight. It looks terrible and we are extremely unhappy. Will not be returning here.

I don’t usually complain about things but I was feeling rather annoyed about this certain location. Checked in online for 6:30p and got the confirmation. Got there and they said there were closed. The sign says they close at 7p plus they said they never got the confirmation online. Anyways annoying.

Bad service, average wait time is over 1 hour. Hair stylist have no customer service skills, they would rather joke and conversant with coworkers than take care of customers.

I took my daughter there today for her first haircut. She is just 3 years old. Lisa made it so easy! There was no screaming or crying like I had expected. There were only smiles and giggles from my daughter. The price was very reasonable and my daughter is cute as a button!

Always get my hair cut here very professional friendly staff here who go above and beyond to make your hair cutting and care experience a good one.

Don’t wear earrings, when getting a hair cut… just do not wear earrings at all when getting your hair done here.
The tip above is due to having an earring ripped out of the earring hole and the stylist acting as though I just got a paper cut. She still works there too, I just avoid her as far as everything goes. The other stylist who have worked there for a while are really great! I wish I could think of their names on top of my head. Oh the awful one is named Brenda. Anyways, to get a regular adult hair trim the cost is $ 12.95 and kids up to age 12 cost $ 10.95.
