Really tasty Pizza and delicious salad. Friendly service and locally owned. It is kept very clean. The only reason I rated it 4 stars was because the last Pizza I had there was not the quality I’m used to getting from them. It was a little over cooked. I hope it was just a bad day.

We recently moved to this area as new home owners and have eaten Primos pizza & breadsticks on several occasions. We enjoy their food every time we’ve ordered but we have not dined in at this restaurant so I can’t speak to that specificly. That being said I am sure we wil be dining in at some point because their food is very tasty especially for an area as rural as this!!!

Probably the BEST tasting pizza I’ve ever had. The only complaint I would have is that the menu is a little pricy. The customer service is awesome, they are always willing to customize your order & work hard for you.

I have eaten here several times and for the most part it is good. Lots of toppings and good crust. I like a little more sauce and with a bit a zing but it is good. All meat is probably their best but I like plain old pepperoni. They also have amazing breadsticks.

Found a dead bug in my salad… Otherwise, pizza is pretty good and it comes out quickly. The lady who works behind the counter is nice.

Called at 6:45 Sunday oct. 26 to order breadsticks and mozzarella sticks that I was really craving and the kid who answered told us the fryer was broken and they could not make the mozzarella sticks… When we went to pick up the bread sticks at 7:00 i noticed the young girl in back cleaning up shop we asked when the fryer closed down for future reference he said it was broken… It seemed as if he was not being truthful, but if so maybe the fryer should get fixed beings a lot of the menu items call for it. Disappointed!!!

Well… I am pretty picky about my pizza and I gotta tell ya, we love this place! In fact, I am going there right now, second day in a row, for another calzone! Great food great people. Best pizza and calzones around.

In Copperopolis there aren’t a whole lot of options. But after a long day on the lake you may want to go out and not have a mess to clean up. This is your best pizza option. The pizza reminded me of round table quality. Nothing fancy but good. We had the spicy buffalo wings and house salad. The wings were good. The salad, your basic house but enough for 6 adults to start the meal well. The guy at the counter and our server were very polite and helpful.

Best pizza in Calaveras county! We come here almost weekly for the pepperoni, onion, olive, mushroom & anchovies pizza. Crust is delicious and cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and service is prompt.

«Awesome pizza! The Primo Special was delicious! The crust was perfect and so was the sauce. The house salad was good too. They made it with real lettuce with mozzarella cheese.»

Me and my fiancé could not stop say«Wow» from the start to the end. We had the best pizza crust ever. the lady who served us said«the crust that made the pizza» I have to agree with her. We ordered all meat pizza and we both were thrilled. Portion is big! We also ordered mozzarella cheese and it might be the best i ever had. Something about the cheese that make it so delicious. I don’t usually go to pizza place but I’m glad being open minded about it in a small town.

This was our second restaurant choice up here in Copperopolis and it did not disappoint. We’re used to small town pizza places and, for the most part, we prefer them to chains even though the prices get a bit high. At Primos, you get what you pay for. We had just finished another day of unpacking and decided it would be better to go out for food. Pizza sounded good, and well, there is is one pizza place. Decision made. Since we make crazy good pizza at home, we have pretty high standards for eating pizza at a restaurant. The dough has to be fresh and tasty. They must have garlic as a topping option. At the very least, they need to have a decent pizza oven — not one with the conveyor belt. Primos hit the spot across the board. The place is mid sized — maybe seats 20 – 30 people. They have a handful of beers on tap and a few more in bottles. We ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and garlic pizza along with an order of wings to go. And of course, a few beers while we waited. Pizza took about 20 minutes to be ready and we ate at home. Great pizza! I’m looking forward to going back and trying some of their specialties.

There aren’t many or should I say I think this is the only pizza joint in Copper, but its pretty good. The bummer is that it is for sale… so someine with dollas plesae buy and keep it going. It right next to a sports pub, so you can get your drink on after feeding your face.

You spend hours in the car, driving from Yosemite to Napa. You pass through some beautiful sites and some awfully boring sites. and you think«damn, no one said it took so long to drive across California». You are hungry. The rest of your crew is hungry. You suddenly come to a place called Copperopolis — and wonder what the hell you are doing pulling off the road. You walk into a dingy«sports bar» where the music stops and all eyes are on you. You wimper«umm, do you serve food?» and of course they don’t, but a scruffy dude tells you the pizza place next door does. You bolt next door. to a bright, friendly pizza place. You(maybe) are from the East Coast and cannot undesrstand why everone is so friendly here, but what can you do besides order and accept that there are friendly people in the world. Ok, in many, many places — just not where you are from. Anyway… surprisingly good pizza, sandwiches, and wings! All three were great, but I must say I was truly impressed with the pizza. I am a pizza snob, and they did very well here. Awesome crust and very good cheese. I guess those«happy cows» really do live in California. The owners are great, and after speaking with the girl who was running the store, turns out her husband is from(gasp) JERSEY. It does explain alot about the good food! She was even cool enough to recommend the new REI that had opened, which was more/less on our way to our destination. If I ever find myself in Copperopolis again. I’m going back to Pizza Plus — no doubt about it.
