Cute little coffee shop in Copperopolis on the way to Yosemite from San Francisco. it was busy with the locals hanging out which is exactly the kind of atmosphere you’d want for a coffee shop. I had a soy latte which was on point. we sat outside then walked around the farmer’s market after. overall it was a delightful experience and would highly recommend to anyone who’s passing by. their food is worth a try, the menu looked very promising.

Love the owner love the staff love the coffee and food and everything else including best mimosas ever! My favorite place to meet up with friends and visit or take my daughter for a treat. Seriously she chooses this place over ice cream every time!

Loved this place! It is located in the Copperopolis town square and has indoor and outdoor seating. I first came here because I needed to kill time before taking my kids to school and they were fairly busy but were courteous and efficient. I didn’t want anything fancy like a latte, cappuccino, or iced coffee. So, I ordered regular small coffee my daughter got a small frap and my little one got steamed milk with vanilla flavoring and my total was about 10. Including tip. Not too bad. Loved that they have so much for you to entertain yourself with while you’re there. They have books, a chess/checkers table, and also a tv. Their outdoor seating has a huge fireplace which wasn’t turned on but I bet it’s beautiful on a chilly night.

Good food, good coffee, pretty pricey though. I guess being in the town square that’s to be expected.

Great spot to stop for coffee spot, if you’re on Hwy 4. It was a pleasant surprise to find non-chain coffee in Copperopolis Artificial Village™

We stopped by this town heading back from the mountains and needed a coffee fix. I ordered the chai tea latte and it really hit the spot. Very friendly service, comfortable couches and an overall nice relaxing atmosphere. This place is a gem, I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

This place is fabulous! I was up for a work event at the golf course and needed to get a bite to eat before heading home. I walked in and the staff greeted me with a smile and a super friendly hello. They were genuine and truly love their jobs. Their mochas are absolutely amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had! I also ordered a roast beef sandwich and it was so fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back anytime I am around the area!

Fantastic coffee shop stop on our way to Yosemite from the Sacramento area — fresh made food, great service, charming environment… I appreciate when a business takes care with the fine details and extra touches that make a shop feel that much more special. Roasters strikes the perfect balance between the clean, efficient, and reliable quality you would get from a corporate shop, and the comfortable, unique feel of a locals only gem. Highly recommended :)

This is a great place to stop. Very charming. Very friendly, outstanding coffee. I have stopped here several times while on a motorcycle ride. This place is very clean, neat, comfortable. They have great indoor and outdoor seating. They even have a cool«head art gallery», really! I have come to look forward to stopping here. Today, I had great coffee and a very tasty blueberry muffin. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Great caffeine stop on an otherwise pretty desolate stretch of highway. Lots of beverage options, and a surprising amount of character and charm considering it’s located in a place called Copperopolis Artificial Village™. Rock on, Roasters, rock on.

Three words: Bacon. Carmel. Croissant… Forget about the ridiculously good coffee and other assorted drinks, small town charm, excellent service, awesome owners, I said Bacon Carmel Croissant… Nothing to see here… no need to read further. But here is some more info anyway. My wife and I have been here a couple times already. Everyone is extremely nice, the atmosphere is chill(and clean!), and the service prompt. We’ve tried a few of the different deli sandwich combos and have liked them all. The freshness of the deli cuts, bread, and other ingredients is enough to make a stand alone sandwich shop jealous. So, when the wife and I recently took a trip to Big Trees for a day hike and picanic(Yogi Bear voice), we knew we would stop by to grab some coffee, pastries and order some sandos to go. Roasters, picnic, Big Trees, no big deal. We were sorry we didn’t stay for some of the breakfast specials and Mexican dishes the locals brag about. Next time! One more thing. Not a big coffee drinker?! Me either! They’ve got an excellent selection of bottled beers and wine(and smoothies too). Is there anything this place doesn’t do well? Next time you’re there do yourself a favor, have a seat on the patio beside the fireplace. Order a brew, order and sando, chill with some coffee or wine, but most importantly, order a mother lovin’ Bacon Carmel Croissant!(Samuel L. Jackson voice)
