If I could give Before & After Wellness Center more than 5 stars I would. Extremely professional team who stimulates and leads you in the right direction, one step closer to a better life style, healthy, strong, looking and feeling younger.
All nonsurgical, noninvasive procedures. My personal favorites, the Power Plate and Cool Sculpting. Results are physically obvious and guaranteed, just after six sessions in you will feel anew, highly addictive if you ask me.
The best part of it all, Rosa Mendez, the owner of the property makes sure all her customers feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. Ms. Mendez herself does a follow up to your treatment and your needs.
I’ve been a customer for the last two years, and many more to come.

Short way to describe this place. I do not like exercises. The machines here does it for me and the staff has great knowledge of what to do to get you there
