I attempted to withdraw $ 2500 cash from my checking account at a teller window at this branch on December 24, 2013 at noon and was informed that the branch had no US currency larger than a $ 10.00 bill. This was not an ATM transaction, it was a teller transaction during regular banking hours. The teller, and another bank employee seated at a nearby desk, offered their apologies, explaining that the branch had larger than expected cash transactions and had exhausted their cash funds. I was told that they had made an «emergency» request for cash and that I should try later. This is the first (and hopefully only) time that I have ever sought the services of a bank that essentially had no money on hand. Remarkable and pathetic.

Nice and spacious bank. That goes for the parking too. They have 2 security guards guarding the bank which makes you feel safe. I used the ATM machine which was convenient so I wouldn’t be able to say much about the customer service here. I plan on coming back to this bank whenever I’m in this area.
