Fingerprint Technologies

My company was in need of getting backgrounds done for the AHCA Clearing House. After calling several companies, I contacted Fingerprint Technologies and spoke to the owner regarding coming to my location for a mobile, which needed to be done ASAP. Enrique was very helpful in quoting me a reasonable price for the 120 employees I have.
The day of the fingerprinting, two technicians came with their live scan equipment and processed the staff in less than 3 hours. Enrique was also at the site making sure everything went well. I was very happy with the fast results and the efficiency of the technicians. Since then, I have sent several more new employees to the Coral Gables location with excellent results. I highly recommend Fingerprint Technologies for anyone or any large company needing the mobile service or in office visit.

Don’t know what the people below are talking about i found the services at fingerprint technologies very fast the workers were friendly and i was in and out in ten minutes I’m definitely going to recommend them

This place feels pretty sketchy… you walk in and it’s this tiny waiting room with creepy dim lighting, dusty plastic plants, and artwork hanging on the dirty walls. The receptionist sits in what is basically a closet with a cut out box to interact with us customers.
Anyway. The receptionist barely acknowledges your presence, but she’s not entirely rude so there’s that. For entertainment there’s a TV playing daytime garbage and they have the worst possible choice in channel on. But if that doesn’t interest you then there are some year-​old magazines available.
After not-​as-​long-​as-​I-​thought [I walked in without an appointment] this guy who also barely acknowledges your presence walks you over to another «room» for the fingerprinting. I had never done an electronic one before so that was interesting to see. It took less than five minutes and I was out.
I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming here but it was definitely a bizarre experience. Like sitting in the set for the next Saw movie.

Not only are they rude and completely unaccommodating but the facility is sketchy. They only accept cash despite the fact that it lists the credit cards that they accept on their website. I went here because it is close to my house but would recommend going elsewhere.

I called an hour before they closed on Friday and got no response after calling multiple times within the hour. Got a random text that they are open on Saturday no appointment. I got there at 11:30 to wait 15 mins behind a lady just asking a ton of questions and then to be told they will not accept me because they have too many people.
Place is garbage, go somewhere else.

Technology has come so far, or maybe I am just so old school and can’t keep up. I was in need of an «FBI Criminal Background Check’, and was told to come here to get one. It is located in a long office building, one story with not much parking. I had to drive around for a few minutes and found parking around the corner.
I did not have an appointment but took my chances. The office space is very small with about six chairs in the lobby. There was about five people ahead of me. The receptionist told me to fill out some paperwork and have a seat. People were called in one by one and the process seemed to go fairly quick.
After about twenty minutes I was called in. Had no idea what to expect. The lady tells me to turn towards some machine, she cleans off my fingers, and tells me to relax my hands. She is a bit irritated throughout the process because for me to relax my hands is difficult when I do not know what is about to happen. They tell you nothing, like you are suppose to know. She is grabbing each finger pressing it into the machine, turning each finger with a tight grip.
So, yes I realize the machine is all computerized, pretty cool stuff but it did not make the process any easier. Not that it hurt it was just uncomfortable having some lady treat you like you were suppose to know what the process was about. She was not very happy with me, made me feel like a convict of sort.
It literally took less than five minutes, in which I was very thankful. Awesome, I was done went to the front desk to pay the forty seven dollars and was happy to leave. It takes about a week to get your report. I was thankful that I did not have to drive an hour or so to get this done and glad this location was available.
They need to focus on their Customer Service and make individuals feel more comfortable through an uncomfortable experience.
