Flirt & Flutter

I was not able to actually visit Flirt&Flutter because my appointment was canceled. The scheduler I spoke with was not very pleasent. I called to make an appointment with a Groupon I had already purchased earlier. I was still charged the $ 15 deposit. The girl who made my appointment offered two different appointment times. I asked for one but she booked the one I did not want. When I called back to change to the appointment I needed, she said she wasn’t able to change it for me so I kept the one i did not prefer. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I would have to wait to speak to someone because they weren’t in the office. The next day, the same scheduler called me back and said they would refund my money and cancel my appointment altogether.
I appreciate that they refunded what I had already paid for but I was looking onward to getting this service done. They did not seem to have a variety of appointment times. I will definitely not be rebooking any appointment with them.

This place is very cute and professional! Flirt and Flutter exceeded my expectations! Make sure to Ask for Alex!!! You won’t be disappointed. She does a phenomenal job with make up and lashes!!!
I tell all my friends to make appointments and ask for Alex because she truly knows what she’s doing and gives the best make up advice!

I really enjoyed my experience. The service was amazing; the environment was relaxing and fun; the lady who took care of me was really kind and professional. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunate to see such poor and INACCURATE reviews. Ladies, let another lady tell you how wonderful and passionate everyone is at this salon. Despite some inaccurate things you may see on here I would indubitably go out of my way anytime to see the girls here.
The service and salon are impeccably clean, its a fun and a positive place to get dolled up.
I RARELY go out of my way to review on Unilocal,however I find that Sha is an impressive professional. My friends also love her and we are some well informed women!

Just left and I absolutely LOVE my lashes and brows!!! I’m from Atlanta and I cant find anyone there to do my lashes like this!!! Guess Ill be making a few trips back here!!! SO to Chilly!!! Shes the Best!!!

Worst eyelash experience I’ve ever had. When I was at the salon getting my other set of eyelashes removed, the eyelash technician was extremely sloppy with the ointment used to remove the lashes and it ended up getting in my eyes– which burns so bad! She was very nice and apologetic and so I continued on with the service.
I felt like my eyelids were being poked at the whole time and it just felt different than any other other lash service I had received. Once the appointment was over and I looked at my lashes I pleased and they looked fine.
When I got into my car and took a closer look, it looked like my lids were in inflamed and am even closer look at my right eye, the lashes were curved to the left which looked odd. I decide to give it a couple days to see if they would naturally fall into place a little. And they also felt like plastic.
I didn’t bother going back to complain because I bought the groupon which was cheap anyways and just realized you get what you pay for, but I did want to warn anyone considering this place. Oh and now majority of my real eyelashes haven fallen off… The glue that they use is different or maybe it’s the amount of glue they use. Regardless I will never go back to this salon for an eyelash salon ever. I still have 3 eyelash refill credits for groupon, but the money is not worth the horrific experience.
The salon is very cute tho and the girl next to me got her eyebrows done and they looked phenomenal!

Very unprofessional I was supposed to have an appointment at 11 am when I arrived no one was there, so I waited and when finally they showed up I spoke to the boss and she said she had gave my appointment to some one else because I failed to confirm it. Then come to find out she said that she had been calling me since the day before and when she showed me the phone number she had been calling CLEARLY IT WAS THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. So she says oh the girl must have wrote your phone number wrong. HOW IS THAT MY FAULT on top of that I emailed them the day prior to confirm but she said she never received the email. Either way she should have said let’s seat you in and get you started because it’s OUR fault but no she just tried to shoo me off. Although She kindly gave me my $ 25.00 deposit back and said I could come back at 4 pm or whenever, I would never recommended anyone to go there I’m so disappointed.

I wanted my brows tattooed and I couldn’t find someone in Orlando that had good work to go on. I then found this place can I say amazing, I just had them done yesterday and I no longer have to draw my brows in everyday. Very impressed can’t wait to return for eye lashes.
