Gables Grand Plaza Apartments

Building staff very attentive to tenant’s needs and concerns. The staff and leasing office are always available and respond promptly. This is a product of excellant leadership of the community manager Karen Thompson. Thank you for all you do:)

I looked here first then checked out all the other rental apartments and rental condos within 2 blocks of Miracle Mile. Although I saw places that offered greater luxury (marble floors, high ceilings, etc.), the rental price for those units was almost $ 1,000 more than Gables Grand, they were further away from the Miracle Mile action, and everyone of these condos had negative reviewers. Gables Grand can’t be beat for price, location to Miracle Mile, courteous on-​site management and staff (complimentary fresh-​brewed coffee, hot chocolate, tea for all guests, visitors!) Full-​size washer and dryer in 2 and 3 bedrooms with granite tops in baths and kitchens. Interior hallways are well maintained and quiet. There are tenants who have lived here for 5 years, 8 years, and more! I am loving every day I’m here!

Dont live here!!! I lived there for 3 years. The rent is way too high for a one bedroom apt 1700/​month. But the main problem is the terrible managment. The last year i lived there i was waking up to loud drilling and jack hammers almost daily!!!
When i complained to management absolutely nothing was done! Constant water leaks, AC problems and very rude uncaring management! Dont live at Gables Grand Plaza!!!

We have lived here for 7 months. A terrible decision. The apartments are being renovated but are still very dated. Our ceilings have water stains throughout and something breaks twice a month. AC, washing machine, and a water leak.
The staff is terrible. No one is empowered to help. Rent went up 20percent when time to sign new lease. Plenty of places to live in Miami other than here.
